2nd International Workshop on Optimal  (Re)Insurance   Beijing,  China    Optimal (re)insurance is one of popular research topics in  insurance economics and actuarial science. Karl Borch and Kenneth Arrow  established the foundation works in 1960s. Since then, the related study has  attracted great attentions from both academics and practitioners. To promote  further development of the research in this field, China Institute for  Actuarial Science (CIAS) is going to hold the Second International Workshop  on Optimal (Re)Insurance on July 13-14, 2018. We aim to gather leading  researchers around the world in this field to share their research advances.     The first workshop was held by CIAS on May 25, 2014. We invited researchers  from Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. This year, more international  experts are going to join.
